Replace docker output script

"cover up" the output script with something more "professional" looking, but it seemed like a small bit of polish rather than something important before. we still let stderr through, we could have a nice ANSI-color-formatted screen that has a colorized ASCII art IaSQL logo and a loading indicator followed by showing the right url for the dashboard in bold. currently next.js doesn't use localhost
