Some code words are bold which are unexpected

Hello Alan,

I like markdown-pdf, it's very easy to use. However, I found a little issue that some code words are bold which are unexpected...

When I input a.md like this:

su
settings put global airplane_mode_on 1
echo hotspot

but the output file a.pdf contains 2 bold words: settings and hotspot , I don't know why...

PS: I'm using markdown-pdf 9.0.0 with node v8.11.4 in Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS (64-bit)
