Depending on the queue of badges to create it can take some time. If you have a badge stuck in "pending" then you need to post a link to it...

IMO just one at a time...multiple would mean that there has to be a format to the exported file and I don't want to have to define that, or trust...
...you could also add `w3 name export --all` _later_ and augment `w3 name import` to be able to read one or many...
The server should be verifying this. Is this not the case already? The user should not reach this view if they don't have access - they won't see the tabs...
