How to modify so modal window is another URL website as opposed to just a form? Thanks

popup not refreshed when click on users in meteor 0.8.2

in manage-roles.js, Template.editRolesForm.rendered is only called the first time the template is rendered as a result, in meteor 0.8.2, popup is not refreshed when click on users in other words...popup...

switch.png and right select box do not show until after navigating to page a second time. any suggestions as to how to fix this problem? thanks.
