Does anyone able to download Pre-trained model. I am not able to do, if possible can anyone share please. Thanks in advance!

i am not able to extract the file. Error while extracting the tar file. getting error "Can not open the archive as the archive is not archive"

It should not be extracted, but rather used as it is. Please see the pytracking/parameter/segm/default_segm.py, where the SegmNet.pth.tar is linked.

I can't download it either, the browser returned '404 page not found', any help ? very appreciate
