How strange. When compared to SoS numbers, Beto O'Rourke is missing one vote, and Jodey Arrington (TX-19) is missing 91(!). Probably this means this can't be merged yet.

The `pctxpct_dataentry_20180604_March2018Primary.xlsx` file contains breakdowns on EV/ED votes for certain(?) counties. I'll want to go through that at some point and improve some results files (e.g., Angelina County).
