Outdenting should be smart about hard/soft tabs

No matter the tabString Tabby is using, it should probably allow the removal of tabs or spaces at the beginnings of lines it is outdenting.

Just saying, I don’t actively maintain this plugin and probably never will, so while your +1s are valuable because they do show clear agreement that this feature is worthwhile, they won’t do much by themselves to get it done.
