Please add External download manager feature(Download Start to External App/Browser). Example: Download Start to Google chrome Browser
I'm not exactly sure what do you mean by "Download Start to External App/Browser". Once the file is downloaded, you can click on it and choose which app to open the file with. You can also Open a file/link rather than downloading, which will, again, present you with a list of apps to open the file with, without downloading it to the Downloads folder. Isn't this what you're asking?

Bro This Browser Use Android Official Download Manager. You can change and use this method. Download request/ start automatically open external app/browser (chrome browser, Firefox browser etc.) please remove Download manager but use External app/ browser method.
