Enable web content debugging

If possible please enable remote debugging of the web content. AFAICT web content debugging is not strictly tied with the application being debuggable so this should not have some crazy security side effect.

Thanks for the suggestion! That's an interesting feature that from your link seems easy to implement, which I'll try to do the next time I work on sweb. Unfortunately, I don't believe it'll happen any time soon.
