Handling seeds in generators

The PRIVBAYES generator implemented in reprosyn currently requires a seed argument (with fixed default value). This argument makes the generator deterministic, and is problematic for, e.g., epsilon-DP estimation. PrivE should have a way to automatically handle seeds.
