Integration of `prompto_upload_media` with the `prompto_run_experiment` command

The prompto_upload_media command (introduced in #116) will upload media files for repeated use in experiments. It would be helpful and quicker for users if this upload happens automatically when using the prompto_run_experiment or prompto_run_pipeline commands.
