Measure gradient of vegetation growth at the start of the rainy season

Continuing from #379 we want to look at the gradient at the onset of vegetation growth in the rainy season. We can test this on a weekly time series as a good example. Could make use of Crystal Ball pdf parameters (particularly xbar)
