Refreshing some of the GitHub following comments by KW

Here are the following things I have changed in the github following comments from KW:

• Deleted duplicated Technical docs (now all in the project-design folder
• Moved moderator folder to the project-design folder
• Resources folder moved to get-involved folder with the updated documents from SR
• Research folder moved to get-involved and name changed to related-work

In addition I have updated the roadmap folder to include the picture scriberia as well as incoldue a link to the chapter on Roadmapping in the Turing Way book
