Uploading January newsletter

Hi, would someone please be able to review this PR for me.

I'm uploading a newsletter, it would be really heelpful if you could check for:

  • clarity
  • spelling and grammar
  • formatting
  • anything else?

Hi @KirstieJane - put everything on a new line and added > for each line of the quote

Also, if you can make all the email addresses in to links that would be great:
