Allow stream notifications to be set to external monitors

I really like the fact that the orion gives you notifications for streams but I would really prefer to have them appear on a different monitor. Thanks for reading, I'm enjoying this application.

what OS/distro are you using if linux what DE? I use KDE and the orion notification shows up where the notifications widget/applet is located

I'm on windows 10 so that could explain something :-) They appear on my main desktop (Monitor 2 of 3)

Win notifications are currently a custom made component, which would be better changed to win10 notification API. I don't currently have access to win10 so I can't sadly implement it
