I have created some helper scripts to enhance my experience of using mani and would appreciate your feedback. The link is here.

Would any of these features be possible to integrate into mani itself somehow?

The YAML parser I'm using doesn't support editing unfortunately, so eventually I'll have to write one myself or use an external one that supports editing YAML files (and preserve comments, formatting, etc.) but I don't have the time for it now.

I don't want mani to depend on external tools so I can't do the same thing you have done using yq.
