Add Todoist's "Assigned To" Feature to todoist lists

Todoist has a project feature called "assign to" so you can assign certain tasks to team members who also have a todoist acocunt

Currently planner doesn't extend this functionality, but i think it'd really enhance Planner to add this.

The ask would be to add this to planner just for todoist lists.
