Make all URIs clickable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm using Zotero for organizing documents, books and notes. It would be very useful to link so specific items in the Zotero database from a task in planify. Zotero items can be referenced via a URI of the format "zotero://select/library/items/YEBI3M7X".

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice if an URI would be clickable, so that the zotero URI would become clickable.

Describe alternatives you've considered The attachment feature, but Zotero items are not files.
