Add more button is not working while adding sub-tasks

Describe the bug I tried adding a bunch on sub-tasks and tried the add-more button that is near the Add To-Do button but it didn't give any reaction out of planify.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. make a new to-do
2. go to the sider of the task by clicking it
3. try adding sub-tasks and use the add more button

Expected behavior adding the task while keeping the window where i write the task name open for other tasks
