Weird issue with cyrillic section name

Describe the bug If Cyrillic characters are used in the task section, the display of the name is broken. Section selector displays broken characters, and there is nothing at all in the selector's options. I have attached a screenshot of the problem.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create task
2. Create task section with name like: "главная страница"
3. try to create to-do
4. Done.

Expected behavior Just works™

Additional context I'm using flatpak version with english locale
