sleeve.js: Consider having a sleeve join the player in CHA classes before doing crime

work-for-factions.js decided that my player needed to go take a leadership course to grind up charisma before continuing up the job ladder. Rather than continuing to work at my job, my sleeve decided that this would be the perfect opportunity to go commit a short string of murders.

I would suggest that if the player is taking some type of course and the sleeve can't find anything else better to do (and disable-follow-player is not set), that the sleeve try to match taking a course to boost whatever stat the player is grinding -- rather than criming out of boredom.

... but what about the player who wants to reach the -54k karma stuff to reach gangs in any BN besides 2? This should at least be taken into consideration ...

This would just be one of your sleeves, and you can always use --disable-follow-player
