UNET: Padding is set to 1 while the authors have said "No Padded" Convolution

In the paper the authors have said,

" It consists of the repeated application of two 3x3 convolutions (unpadded convolutions), each followed bya rectified linear unit (ReLU) "

So why are you using Padding = 1?
