[Suggestion] Breakfall config

It would be nice to have settings to change things like

• How high of a fall can it completely negate damage.
• How much it reduces damage for higher falls.
• The window of time for a perfectly-timed Breakfall.
• Individual settings for Safety Tap and Roll, normal and timed.
