Add config to disable giving guide book on spawn

Running Environment

  • Minecraft Version: 1.19.2
  • ParCool Version: ParCool-1.19.2-3.0.0.3-B
  • Forge Version (optional):

Detail The Parcool book is given on spawn and there's no config that I can find to disable it

Now patchouli book giving is implemented as an achievement reward so maybe it is not possible to control with code.
