Having trouble to install from USB

Hi I have the same motherboard but am having trouble to cd to the folder from my USB..Can u help me with the commands for that? Thanks

Why do u have to cd on any usb Volume ?

Yeh sorry bout that pal..i didn't quite understand how to actually install it..But a friend helped out...Was able to get it installed and even try it out..But somehow it didn't work in my favour....only got networking to function...Things like sound,usb ports and other stuff didn't seem to work for me...
