@fphilipe I prefer to create new repo and new gem named `premailer2`. Lets start it from the scratch. So this new gem can be limited to new Rubies and Nokogiri.

We can't drop ruby 1.9 support because it's most common distro yet. Our users are system administrators mainly, not rubysts.

`css_parser` gem is maintained by @grosser.

@fphilipe I will help with v2. But firstly we need good roadmap. Hell, I mistook my plans for various projects :)
