What were you doing?

• validate sector, the selected code is part of the selected vocabulary
• validate sector, when a single sector is declared, the percentage must either be omitted or set to 100
• validate location, when a single recipient country is declared, the percentage must either be omitted or set to 100
• When using vocabulary codes 98 or 99, a narrative must be added to describe the sector code being used, the user should be able to input the narrative
• Budget Period must not be longer than one year, change from warning to error
