Bug: Enumerator web form in mobile view

What were you doing?

Logged in as Enumerator and click see all submissions in mobile view

What should've happened?

All submissions list should be able to responsive in mobile view

Hi @MichaelAkvo , @zuhdil , I just realized that the modal is already replaced with table history. since we already introduced a new view to handle previous updates from all users in each section based on this PR https://github.com/akvo/akvo-rsr/pull/5174

but of course, we still have some issues if we see it on the mobile view

Indicator title : Number of households who drink water only from an improved source

• [ ] Fix the title section (as we can see in the image above) (single T)
• [x] Re-introduce the modal component to show history on mobile view.

Hi @MichaelAkvo , @zuhdil , I just realized that the modal is already replaced with table history. since we already introduced a new view to handle previous updates from all users in each section based on this PR #5174

• [x] Fix the title section (as we can see in the image above) (single T) after digging deeper, it turns out that this is not a bug

• [x] Re-introduce modal view when we open it on mobile view.
