Custom Actions Menu row wise

Well I have a custom actions menu defined but now I want to disable some actions base don row data.I am not able to find anything related in documentation.

I'm trying to do the same thing : Hide/Show custom action button depending on a certain row value. If anyone knows how to do it I would appreciate the help

This project is basically abandoned or "Low Maintenance" which is unfortunate. I wonder if there is a more viable fork at this point?
