How to change css name along with js name in gulp build.

Currently, only js name gets changed after every build but I want CSS name to get changed as well. CSS name I get is: styles/app-e861ef1def.css this hash should change after every build.

Still can anybody please let me know from which code those names are getting changed or hash is appended to name.
