typescript support

I would like to develop the project with typescript. However, the gulp files are too advanced for me to modify. Anyone can help? Thanks!

@chiu0602 change *.js to *.ts its good point to start. Then you can modify lil by lil.

@ugurozturk you can try on blur-admin if you can, you underestimated the complexity of the project.
