An option to only test values of criterion which are greater or lower then values of another criterion

This feature will significantly reduce quantity of useless iterations.

For MACD fast MA should always be of lower value, than slow MA. It would be great to have an option to prevent tester to backtest iterations where fast MA will be greater than slow MA.
