[Feature request] Add list of HC providers

Description:

Option for the user to select from a list of nodes a specific hosted channel provider (HCP).

Actual behavior:

Default HC is from "Motherbase" node (Anton/SBW's node) that is in a complicate situation. New users don't know these details and could lose funds.

Proposed solution / improvement:

When user start for the first time SBW, ask/provide a pop-up screen to select a specific node that provide HCs, from a list of them, with links to their amboss page to see more details. Will be good, if is possible to show some details for each one, when is selected, like the size of HC offered, conditions, fees, etc.

So far I know only other 4 HCP nodes:

• Motherbase - default SBW HC
• SATM - have some liquidity issues, need some good routes
• ergvein.net - can't open a HC, the screen of opening is never ending
• Jiraiya - node unresponsive for opening HC

Optional:

Another aspect of this to be considered (maybe could be presented as a separate "feature request"):

• when the user select a HCP, also to provide a BTC onchain address for reimbursing funds, in case the HCP node have to close the HC or is shut down (we've seen cases).
• this BTC address could be one from the same SBW onchain wallet or external. But in some way the HCP to have it in some kind of database, related to user's nodeID/HC and be able to refund the sats in case of a disaster.
