Update docs about the use of YouTube and online converters

Thanks for creating this script. I think it would be good if you mentioned in the readme that this script uses YouTube search and a few online converter services like http://youtubeinmp3.com and http://www.youtubeinmp4.com to create the files. That wasn't clear to me.
