UI: Surface images from Argo CD apps

It would be useful to see information in the Kargo UI about what images are running in your applications, even if none of your Stages are subscribed to those images.

@rbreeze we should put our heads together on this one, because I have a similar desire vis a vis health checks. I want to surface what images are running (according to the App(s)) and make sure they agree with the current freight.
