UI: Warehouse is hidden if Stage name and Warehouse name is the same

Description

In case Warehouse name and Stage name is the same, Warehouse is not visible on the UI. With not visible Warehouse it is not possible to trigger manual refresh on that Warehouse. If this is not a bug, but a feature, please let me know how to unhide the Warehouse.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new Kargo project
  2. Create a new Warehouse with one dummy subscription
  3. Create a Stage with the same name as the Warehouse created in step 2, set the requested freight to the Warehouse created in step 2
  4. Warehouse is hidden, not visible

Hi @krancour @Marvin9 Is there any workaround you can suggest to use until the issue is fixed? We workaround currently using kargo CLI to refresh the non-visible Warehouses. Is there a way maybe to trigger a refresh through editing the Warehouse? We try to avoid renaming the Warehouses, because we assume the Freight history will be gone.

Definitely a bug. I can't think of any workaround other than changing the name of either warehouse or stage.

This will be fixed in v1.5. Let us know if it still an issue
