Netid should be cleaned when that net is removed from the netlist

Netid stays as a remnant after whole net is removed from netlist. This causes unnecessary conflicts.

Reproduction

1. Declare a new connection within the netlist.
2. Compile
3. Remove that connection from the netlist
4. Compile
5. See that the corresponding pads now have the remnant netid values.
