The "Become Volunteer" button is only showing in dark mode

Describe the bug The "Become Volunteer" button on the about us section on the home page is only showing in dark mode

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to home page
2. Scroll down to the About us section
3. Hover on the Become volunteer button
4. Click on Light mode
5. See error

Expected behaviour Users should be able to see the "Become Volunteer" button in light mode even without hovering over it.
