[BUG] Footer Links of event.html is not working

Description

  I am a GSSOC 2023 contributor. I would like to work on the issue.

Describe the bug: I found a bug on the event.html page. In the footer section under quick link, all the links are not working and not redirecting to the page. Screenshot (459)
