[FEATURE REQUEST] Shlok reading functionality

Description

I would like to implement shlok read functionality.

• Speak the shlok of Arjun and Shri Krishna.
• Explanation data will also add and integrate it with the model.
• Using ML model, design it.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• Help users which have eye problem.
• Helpful for many people to play it aside.
• Increases the usefulness of the website.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Build a ML model which are pre-trained for explanation of the shlokas.
• Using python packages pyttsx3 implement the audio functionality.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Otherwise hard code the explanation of the shlokas which takes a lot of time.

Additional Notes (optional) I would like to work on this issue under WOC'24. I have also submitted my proposal for the same.
