Set up web app code

This issue for contributors willing to contribute in web dev + python. We wish to shift local python setup to flask webapp with peer.js for the video call feature. For setting up the web app, we will only need front-end code as of now.

Required will be:

• [ ] A basic HTML, CSS, JS template for the webapp, something that looks cool enough for an anonymous video caller

Hey @akshitadixit, this is a cool project. I did some research and found something online which can be helpful to us.

We can maybe do some changes to the above code to fit our needs.
