don't saving changes

Hi,

I have Fortimanager with few ADOMs, im doing a change for an address object or creating a new one and i'm getting a status "code 0 message: OK but it is not creating the updating/creating the object in Fortimanager.

do I need to do something else to save the changes to the DB?
