But why the tester go in reset after every test?

For 6 1/2 years beginning June 1975, I worked as a test programmer for Reliability Inc. in Houston, Tx. We had Texas Instruments 553, Teradyne J273 Linear and Teradyne J283 logic test systems, Lorlin discrete testers, Fairchild Sentry VII high speed 60 pin test systems, and Macrodata memory testers.

I can't tell you how exciting it has been for me to build your Smart IC Tester.

Now that I have a fast and practical means of testing the many hundreds of logic Chips, can you Akshay, suggest where to look in the various Arduino sketches to add a mechanical switch input test to repeat the same test without returning at the beginning?

For example, I have at least 50 to 100 of many different 4000 and 7400 logic chips I need to test. Having the option to test -> Pass/Fail, Test next chip.

I love this project, it works great.

I will be developing additional logic tests for Chips not currently in the database.txt file.

Did you have other Truth Table of other IC? Like 18/20 pin too? (240/245/374 for example)
