Backfill ERO Archive

The IEM recently added a workflow ingest of the Weather Prediction Center Excessive Rainfall Outlook (ERO) text / points product. An archive of this text product is not known to exist, but the WPC website has an archive of shapefiles, which were used to backfill the IEM archive to the start of 2019. WPC email correspondence on 22 July 2021 indicated their only archive is netcdf grids found here. This is not low hanging fruit to convert back into shapes for my database, so am punting for now.

Got a question about this, but it remains a problem without an easy solution at this time :(
