No all_loaded_models method...

Trying to use ooorest and getting the following:

initialize': undefined methodall_loaded_models' for #Ooor:0xb749200c (NoMethodError)

It appears the method is missing but ooorest points to it.

Hello, we should update OOOREST to last OOOR versions, this is an OOOREST bug.
