[IMP] ISO code for Canary Islands IC

Hello everyone,

a customer noticed that the ISO code for the Canary Islands IC seems to be missing. I hope that we can simply add it to the list or is the list based on the specification?

The XSD are the ones from the Factur-X. So, if you think that there is a problem in these XSDs, you should report it to the authors of the standards (https://fnfe-mpe.org/).
