Telegram Group for bot

Thanks so much for creating this bot it would be nice if there were a telegram group where people could join give feedback and ask questions, I'd love to help with this..

Maybe it is better to use github discussion? I've created one - https://github.com/akrava/gmail-tg-notifications/discussions. (see #9) It's a new feature and we can try it. But if you prefer telegram, just reply here and I'll create chat.
