Add notification sound for certain Issue statuses

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The dashboard looks cool to be displayed and what make it better is when a certain Issue statuses appears (e.g. Waiting for Approval) there will be a notification sound to let us know. It'll be better if the dashboard is auto-refreshed after xx seconds. If not, we can use a browser plugin to do the auto refresh.

Describe the solution you'd like Need a code add 'configuration' for Issue Statuses' that require notification. And when Dashboard being displayed, it'll check if any of those issues statuses contains issue. a notification sound will be played accordingly.

Describe alternatives you've considered I think I can try to code it, but I need to know where to add it. I really don't know a thing about Redmine Plugins and don't know where to start.
