Offer YARLE as a web app

Since the app offers a GUI and is built with TypeScript, it could probably be offered as a webapp and leverage the File System Access API to read and write from the local filesystem.

It could then be served under a clean URL. The benefits would be no installation required and additional security.

This is just a suggestion of course, the barrier to adoption is already very low, but it could be even lower with no install required. Keep up the good work
