Transfer playlist descriptions
At the moment, converting a playlist from one to another service, the playlist description defaults to "Made with Playlistor (https://playlistor.io) :)". It would be great if the playlist description would be transferred too. The hint that the playlist was converted by Playlistor could still be appended to the playlist description.
